Data-deletion instructions

Delete your RankReady GH data.

RankReady GH does not keep a central database of study progress. This page explains what you can delete yourself and how to ask about feedback records.

1. Clear local study data

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Choose Apps, then RankReady GH.
  3. Open Storage and choose Clear data.

Uninstalling also removes local app data. It does not delete a separate Google Drive backup.

2. Delete an optional Google Drive backup

In RankReady GH, go to Profile → Google Drive backup → Delete backup and confirm. Disconnecting Drive only removes the connection; choose Delete backup to remove the private backup file from your Google Drive app-data area.

3. Request deletion of feedback or support records

Email info.becomeacitizenofca@gmail.com with the subject “RankReady GH data deletion request.” Include the email address used for feedback but never send passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive account information.

We will verify the request as needed and delete identifiable support records we can locate within 30 days, except information required by law or needed for security, fraud, or legal matters.

What we cannot delete for you

Data still only on your phone; an optional Drive backup until you delete it in the app; or advertising data processed by Google. You can manage advertising preferences in Google's My Ad Center and Android privacy controls.
