TeacherDesk GH provides links and summaries intended to help teachers find and verify official information. When you follow an external source link, that organisation's privacy policy and terms apply. TeacherDesk GH is not the issuer of official notices, jobs, training opportunities, or scam alerts.
Contact messages
If you choose to use the TeacherDesk contact form, we send the name, email address, and message you provide over HTTPS to our support service. The message is routed to the TeacherDesk support inbox through Resend, our email-delivery provider. We use it only to respond, investigate reports, and improve the platform; we do not sell contact information or use it to target advertising. Do not include passwords, payment details, or original certificates. You may request deletion of identifiable contact records by emailing the privacy contact below.
My Desk private organiser
My Desk lets a teacher create private planning records such as CPD activity details, renewal reminders, document labels, CV or portfolio draft text, and personal notes. These records are stored in the browser on the teacher's own device using IndexedDB.
Documents and accounts
TeacherDesk GH does not upload original documents through My Desk. It stores labels, references, and notes entered by the teacher; original letters, certificates, and other files remain with the teacher unless the teacher independently stores them elsewhere. The current experience does not require a TeacherDesk account or automatically send My Desk records to Tavonari, a school, or another teacher.
Exports and choices
A CV or portfolio PDF is generated from information in your browser. You choose where to save, print, or share it. You can remove individual My Desk records or clear TeacherDesk GH site data in your browser.
Website delivery
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver, secure, and diagnose the service. This does not give Tavonari access to private My Desk records stored only in your browser.
